In image 1, you will notice a person in the form up a push up.  She then rotates to the left while raising her arm into the air. A full alternating of left side then right  constitutes a 1 count. This exercise builds your core and arm strength.

In image 2 there is a man doing a crunch. A crunch begins with lying face up on the floor with knees bent. The movement begins by curling the shoulders towards the pelvis. The hands can be behind or beside the neck or crossed over the chest. Be careful of injury that can be caused by pushing against the head or neck with hands. The lower back does not need to come off the floor just the shoulders.

Finally, in image 3, you will see two points with about 10 feet between them. A one count includes running from point A to point B touching the ground and then back to point A. This builds their push off from the starting blocks and due to the number of repetitions will also build strength and endurance.
